What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2015? 

President of CREW CT / The Real Estate Exchange.

What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2015? 

The Charles E. Shain Library at Connecticut College.  The project finished in Spring of 2015, ahead of schedule and has won two industry awards this year.  This is all courtesy of a great project team!

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? 

Commercial real estate projects are increasing in number and will do so for the next few years.  Larger projects may be released for design and construction as we move towards a more stable growth for N.E.  Projects will continue to focus on tighter budgets and accelerated timelines as new normal.
