Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ) has represented INVESCO Real Estate in a 227,000 s/f lease renewal with Owens & Minor at 135 Constitution Blvd.
135 Constitution Blvd. is Owens & Minor's northeast distribution facility. Owens & Minor is one of the nation's leading distributor of national brand-name medical/surgical supplies to hospitals and integrated healthcare systems.
135 Constitution was built in 1987 and expanded in 1998. Located in the Franklin Industrial Park, the facility features 30' clear heights and has 34 loading docks. INVESCO purchased the building in 2005.
"Owens & Minor is an excellent tenant and we are pleased to retain them at 135 Constitution Blvd.," said David Bass of INVESCO.
John Lashar, partner, Paul Leone, vice president, and Robert Byrne, associate, of RBJ represented INVESCO. Owens & Minor was represented by Ken Boyd of Jackson & Cooksey.
