Dale Reese, CPM, CCIM, RPA, principal of Reese Commercial Real Estate Services, has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The CPM designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the Institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. CPM Members must also abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute. The designation was awarded at the Association's December business meeting in Cromwell.
Reese has over 24 years of experience in asset and property management operations and commercial brokerage for all product types. Reese has worked at Hines, CBRE, and New Boston Fund, where he managed over seven million s/f with an aggregate value totaling nearly $700 million including four office towers: One State St., 280 Trumbull St. and 100 Pearl St. in Hartford and 545 Long Wharf Dr. in New Haven.
