RKF & Associates selected to consult for Legal Sea Foods along the east coast

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), has been selected to consult for one of America's leading seafood restaurants, Legal Sea Foods. Stephen Asch, senior vice president of RKF, will be responsible for devising a comprehensive real estate strategy for the restaurant. "Partnering with RKF will enhance our presence in key markets. Their expertise in the development and execution of strategic plans, site selection and market analysis will help us identify new opportunities," said Roger Berkowitz, president/CEO of Legal Sea Foods. Over the next 18 months, the retailer plans to open six to eight retail locations in urban and suburban settings along the eastern coastline. The new restaurants will range between 6,500 and 8,500 s/f. "Legal Sea Foods represents the very best in the restaurant business, and we are excited to introduce this great concept to new markets," said Asch.
