Stephen Asch, senior vice president of RKF, will be responsible for devising a comprehensive real estate strategy for the restaurant.

Over the next 18 months, the retailer plans to open six to eight retail locations in urban and suburban settings along the eastern coastline. The new restaurants will range between 6,500 and 8,500 s/f.
