Rozier of Kane Co. leases 3,000 s/f retail building to AAA
As part of their expansion plans, AAA of Northern New England has leased a 3,000 s/f stand alone retail building at Tri-City Plaza from Centro Watt.
"AAA's plans to focus more on their retail presence throughout Northern New England includes moving away from the downtown locations to more centralized shopping areas," said Vanessa Rozier, retail specialist for The Kane Co. who brokered the lease. "AAA had many requirements that needed to be met. This effort was made more challenging due to the limited availabilities in the market. In the end we were able to find them a site that exceeded their expectations."
Rozier continues to work with AAA to find relocation space.
Jody Skaff of The Kane Co. listed the space and Rozier represented the tenant.
