Nashua, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of a five-unit multifamily property located at 103 Ash St. The property sold at a 9.8% cap rate for $875,000.

Andrew Robbins, senior associate with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the buyer, REMYKE LLC. Lillian Montalto of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties represented the seller, Taesoo Ahn.

The fully leased 3,983 s/f multifamily property presented an attractive value-add investment opportunity in one of southern New Hampshire’s most competitive multifamily markets.

“Investors across the region remain highly focused on multifamily assets that offer room to grow,” said Robbins. “This property stood out for its favorable basis paired with a clear path to building long-term value through targeted capital improvements and strategic rent growth as units turn over.”

The property offers access to downtown amenities, major commuter routes, and the broader southern New Hampshire market.
