New Hampshire based hotel owner/operators, Roedel Companies, along with Riverbridge North, LLC is seeking approval to build a new Homewood Suites by Hilton in Berlin/Marlborough. The joint venture partnership applied to Hilton Hotels for a Homewood Suites franchise prior to making an introductory presentation to the Berlin Planning Board on August 13th.
