Ross and McDonough of Cresa Boston represents American Heart Association in 10,751 s/f lease

David Ross and Shawn McDonough of Cresa Boston, along with Jane Roundell of Cresa's New York office, recently represented the American Heart Association (AHA) in an office lease relocation at 300 Fifth Ave. AHA is moving to a 155,699 s/f building where it will occupy 10,751 s/f on part of the sixth floor in one of three office buildings in the Prospect Hill Office park. The site will serve as the organization's northeast regional office. According to Ross, AHA, which owned and occupied space at 20 Speen St. in Framingham before selling the building, chose the new location given its proximity to Boston and accessibility to donors. AHA plans to be moved in by December. The landlord, DivcoWest, was represented by Mark Roth of Cushman & Wakefield.
