Samberg and King of King & Newton, LLC completes two sales totaling $2.225 million

Springfield, MA Richard Samberg of King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of the Maple Apartments, located at 19-29 Maple St., for $700,000. The apartment building is a 3-story brick building containing 20 units. The property is located one block from the city’s central business district, near the Federal Court House, across from Springfield Museums and 2 blocks from the future MGM Casino.

ODIN Holdings, LLC sold the property to Temple Property Group.

Also, Thomas King, CCIM, of King & Newton, completed the sale of 96 Palmer Rd., Monson, Mass. for $825,000. The industrial building consists of 56,000 s/f.

Northeast Investment, LLC sold the property to 3G Management, LLC

The property consists of a single story modern industrial building located on 5.62 acres of land. The property will be completely renovated and remodeled to be used for a growth facility for medical marijuana.
