Kinlin Grover Commercial has sold the 4,100 s/f landmark building at 101 Rte. 6A. The property sold for $375,000 in June. This prime downtown location had been home to the Army Navy Store for almost four decades. Its closure due to the owner's retirement disappointed both locals and Cape visitors.
Nat Santoro, CCIM represented both the seller and the buyer. The seller is the Jansen Family Realty Trust, North Chatham and the buyer is James Kryzanski of Newton.
The buyer is commencing renovations, and the building will be available for lease shortly.
