Saulnier of MANSARD completes $5.8 million sale of Parkhill Plaza

Fitchburg, MA Taylor Saulnier, CCIM of MANSARD facilitated the sale of Parkhill Plaza, a 55,000 s/f retail center in for $5.8 million. MANSARD represented the seller, Aubuchon Realty Company and the buyer, A1Q Park Hill Plaza via a private sale process.

The three building sale features 20+ tenants and a valuable array of services. The anchor tenant, Aubuchon Hardware executed a 10 year lease showing their commitment to the site. The sale included three buildings and a pad site which can accommodate a future retail development. Parkhill Plaza was one of the corporations oldest holdings which they expanded over the years, with the most recent pad site being sold to Cumberland Farms.

 

Parkhill Plaza serves as a true service provider to the local community. The rent roll features a valuable e-commerce-proof tenant mix with tenants that have been serving the local community for decades. This neighborhood center has been chosen by various national tenants such as CVS, Cumberland, Dunkin, Davita Dialysis, Family Dollar & more, proving that the site is designed to support various industries from medical to retail.
