Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial brokers 4,000 s/f lease at 370 State St.
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior advisor Albert Scafati has leased 4,000 s/f of a 36,000 s/f multi-tenanted commercial building at 370 State St. to H. Goodmaster & Son, Scrap Iron & Metals, LLC. The company is an industrial scrap iron and metal processor, family-owned and operated for over 55 years. The company will relocate from North Branford to occupy its new space.
Scafati was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the tenant, H. Goodmaster & Son, and the landlord, The Hurley Group.
