In one of the region's most significant office lease transactions of 2011, Albert Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services represented VNA Community Health Care, Inc. on its search and negotiations for 9,000 s/f at One Hamden Center, 2319 Whitney Ave. One Hamden Center consists of a six-story, multi-tenant Class A office building situated on the southeast corner of Whitney and Dixwell Aves. The property also includes a three-level parking garage and several retail amenities within the complex. One Hamden Center has access to both I-91 and Rte. 15. The building was built in 1984 and has undergone extensive improvements. One Hamden Center currently offers office space for lease in this prime New Haven county location near Hamden's traditional downtown district. Senior advisor, Albert Scafati, represented VNA in this long-term lease transaction. VNA took occupancy mid-March. The building ownership, Hamden Center I, LLC, was represented by Dave Hansen, associate, and Tim Fegan, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis' New Haven office.
