The property also includes a three-level parking garage and several retail amenities within the complex. One Hamden Center has access to both I-91 and Rte. 15. The building was built in 1984 and has undergone extensive improvements. One Hamden Center currently offers office space for lease in this prime New Haven county location near Hamden's traditional downtown district.
