Cambridge Capital Advisors, LLC has negotiated the sale-leaseback of Inner Harbor Marketplace. The property is a 35,000 s/f, grocery anchored shopping center located at 77 Scranton Ave..
The sale price was $9.36 million. Inner Harbor Marketplace is anchored by Windfall Market which executed a new 15-year NNN lease upon the close of escrow. West Marine, which has occupied this location since 1994, exercised a 5-year option.
