Scanio of Cambridge Capital negotiates $9.36 million sale

Cambridge Capital Advisors, LLC has negotiated the sale-leaseback of Inner Harbor Marketplace. The property is a 35,000 s/f, grocery anchored shopping center located at 77 Scranton Ave.. The sale price was $9.36 million. Inner Harbor Marketplace is anchored by Windfall Market which executed a new 15-year NNN lease upon the close of escrow. West Marine, which has occupied this location since 1994, exercised a 5-year option. Michael Scanio, managing partner of Cambridge Capital Advisors, represented both the buyer and the seller. Cambridge Capital Advisors, LLC is a commercial real estate firm that provides strategic real estate advisory and consulting services to both private and institutional clients throughout the country on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
