According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Ted Schaffer, senior leasing broker, has completed a lease at The Armstrong Complex, 475 Elm St. The tenant, Mariano Brothers Specialty Moving, LLC, has signed a lease for 7,873 s/f on the first floor.
Founded in 1948, Mariano Brothers has rigging experience, personnel and equipment to move machinery and equipment of any size. The company also moves and installs all types of sculptures and monuments, maintaining its own carpentry shop for custom crating and packaging for local, long distance and overseas moves. Mariano Brothers is headquartered in Bethel.
Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the landlord, WH Realty, LLC, while Fred Messori, of Colonial Properties, represented the tenant.
