Stockbridges New England Bistro and Bakery has leased 3,000 s/f at 245 Amity Rd. to house its new restaurant and bakery. Stockbridges will be a full service eatery providing breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as serving its award winning cheesecakes and other specialty baked delectables and coffees. The restaurant is expected to open in February.
