Pinson, AL Cleeman Realty Group negotiated the off-market sale of a freestanding Winn Dixie Supermarket. The 56,504 s/f building is located at 4701 Pinson Blvd. and sits on a 3.34 acre lot. Winn Dixie has been operating at this location since 1999.

Jeremy Scheer and Michael Cleeman of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer and seller.

“The buyer was looking to add another Winn Dixie property to their portfolio of net lease supermarket deals,” said Scheer. “The seller was able to capitalize on the high demand for net lease grocery product,” said Cleeman.
