Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokers $1 million sale of former nursing facility
Woonsocket, RI Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented Ballou Home for the Aged Woonsocket in the sale of 60 Mendon Rd., a former skilled nursing facility.
The property is 21,438 s/f on 1.53 acres located north of the Rte. 114 intersection on the Mass. state line.
EJS Investments, Inc. purchased the 43-bed facility for $1 million.
The buyers were represented by Danielle Armstrong of Broadway Real Estate.
