Before joining S&A, Miers served as a principal at NEPC, LLC, a privately held full-service investment consulting firm, where he negotiated and structured investment products for a wide range of institutional investors. For 10 years prior, he provided strategic investment counsel to some of the world’s largest institutional investors as a principal at Bard Consulting LLC in San Francisco. He was also in the investment management group at the Shorenstein Company, where he performed fund management services. Prior to that, he was at AMB Property Corp. (now Prologis) working in various roles, including asset and portfolio management, acquisitions, and fundraising.
