What inspired you to pursue a career in commercial real estate, and what path brought you to your current role? My career in commercial real estate began with a college internship at The Washington Trust Company that provided a valuable early experience in the banking industry.
Who has been a mentor or influential figure in your career, and what is the most valuable advice they have shared with you? I’ve been fortunate to have several talented and influential mentors throughout my career. The advice that has helped me the most is to treat client requests with a sense of urgency because customers are the lifeblood of our business, and to always be responsive.

I have been fortunate to have several mentors shape my career, and to have an active support network through CREW Boston and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board RE&FA Emerging Leaders program.
What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? Ever since I was little, I have always enjoyed puzzle-piecing and expressing myself creatively. Interior design allows me to apply these skills to the built environment. I have a strong interest for how interior spaces can impact people’s daily lives.
What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? One project I am especially proud of was the renovation and fit-out of a multi-story laboratory building. I contributed to transforming the building into a modern research environment that balanced complex technical requirements with day-to-day functionality for its users.

My career in architectural design comes from a fundamental desire to learn from hands-on experience. Becoming an architect requires humility and expert communication, as well as the technical skills required in constantly emerging software.

I have always been drawn to how spaces are designed, the finishes, the details, and how a space can influence the way people feel and interact.

I was drawn to commercial real estate because of its direct connection to value creation at scale. Early in my career, I saw how small operational improvements could drive meaningful financial outcomes.

I was drawn to commercial real estate because of its ability to shape how people live and interact with their environment. My path has centered around building partnerships and driving growth in service-based models tied to real estate.
What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? I’ve always been drawn to the investment side of real estate, but early in my career my mentor Luke introduced me to multifamily investing, which gave me a clear framework for how deals are underwritten and perform.
What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I am most proud of obtaining my Professional Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in Mass. (2024). This was a culmination of years of work and education as well as plenty of mentorship from colleagues at Hancock Associates.
What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I am most proud of obtaining my Professional Engineer licenses for Civil Engineering in Mass. (2024) and N.H. (2025). Since the start of my career, my goal was to design and oversee projects in the region where I live, the North Shore and New Hampshire Seacoast.
What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? A standout experience in my career has been working on the Residences at Lawrence Hill in Wellfleet, MA, a 46-unit affordable housing community meeting a critical need on Cape Cod.
