Warwick, RI The Commercial Real Estate Division of Bank Rhode Island (BankRI) finalized a deal with Malibu Investments, LLC to provide a second round of financing for the expansion of 401 Storage. The bank is providing $3.5 million in capital to facilitate construction.
Providence, RI Neil Amper, SIOR and Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties have sold a 20,156 s/f building located at 12-14 Lehigh St. The property was owned by Bloomfield Realty and was formerly occupied by Lehigh Metals. It was purchased by Monarch Industries for $1.15 million.
Middletown, RI Hogan Associates brokered the April 4, 2022 sale of 43 Hoover Rd., a modern home located off Tuckerman Ave. The property sold for $2.6 million. Caroline Richards of Hogan Associates represented the buyer, and Dina Karousos and Nicole Lucenti of Gustave White Sotheby’s represented the seller.
