City of East Providence launches COVID-19 no payment, no interest loan programs

East Providence, RI The city has rolled out new emergency loan fund programs for small businesses. In response to the impact on small businesses, mayor DaSilva, together with Planning & Economic Development director William Fazioli, chief planner Jim Moran and Community Development director Dave Bachrach, designed two loan programs.
