Fall is almost upon us and we are past the summer vacation time. Everyone is starting to focus on closing out the year and setting goals for the New Year to come. Everyone seems focused on the housing market and lack of inventory especially in the surrounding suburbs.
What trends will dominate your industry in the coming months? Collaboration. While collaboration has been a buzz word for years, not until recently have we truly exercised this and seen the benefits of removing workplace silos.
What led you to your current profession? My childhood brought me to where I am today – although I never expected this to be my career path. I watched my father renovate our two-family house and I wondered where he gained the knowledge
What led you to your current profession? My background was in the hospitality industry in south Florida and Boston, and after 10 plus years, it was time for a change of pace. I worked as an event manager for both social and corporate events

What led you to your current profession? I took courses in engineering and architecture when I was a student at Silver Lake Regional High School in Kingston. I was influenced somewhat in my career choice by the example of my grandfather, who was a civil engineer for many years.
