Milford, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, completed the sale of 330 Woodmont Rd. O’Hara represented the buyer United Electric Controls in the purchase from seller, Airgas USA. The 5,800 s/f building on 1.59 acres was purchased for $900,000.

Greenwich, CT Summit Realty has acquired it’s first tenant for the newly acquired and repositioned Greenwich Station office complex. A major national financial services institution has signed a lease for the entire 7,000 s/f building at 222 Railroad Ave.

facilitate $1.5m sale of 15 units
Waterbury, CT Tyler Egner and Zack Burnett of Sky Realty Group brokered the sale of a 15 unit apartment complex. A NJ investor acquired the building for $1.5 million ($100,000/unit). The 15-unit apartment complex is located at 4 John St. The building was renovated in 2021-2022 by a CT-based investor.
