Woburn, MA East Cambridge Savings Bank has added Susan Shaw to the bank as business development manager at the Woburn Banking Center. In this role, Shaw will serve as the banking center manager and will oversee business development and banking center operations. Banking center managers are also active in the communities they serve through involvement in civic organizations and volunteering. Shaw joined the bank on Oct. 31, 2022.

Shaw has 27 years of banking experience and has worked at several local and regional banks before joining East Cambridge Savings Bank. She has been involved with community and civic groups including the Rotary Club and chambers of commerce. Shaw grew up in Lexington, Mass., and currently resides in Concord, Mass. 

“Sue is a great addition to the team here at East Cambridge Savings Bank and she is the right person to lead our newest market,” said Carrie O’Halloran, the bank’s senior vice president, retail banking and security officer.
