Shea Commercial Props. handles 2,182 s/f lease
Priscilla Henshaw has leased 2,182 s/f at Shoppe's at Breckenridge Plaza and will open Priscilla Restaurant. Located at 264 North Broadway, Rte. 28, the restaurant will specialize in breakfast, light lunch and a dinner menu.
The lease transaction was handled for North Creek Partners LP and Henshaw by Harry Shea, Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
