The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts Chapter of SIOR jointly sponsored two Continuing Education courses, along with Connecticut's CCIM Chapter.
The morning session on ethics was led by Gene Marconi, legal counsel for the Connecticut Association of Realtors.

The afternoon session was taught by Dan Eshbaugh from Mercantile Capital Corporation, and it consisted of a business development session for real estate professionals. Both courses were well attended by area commercial real estate professionals, and both provided an excellent venue to share ideas and experiences which made for a lively and interactive atmosphere.
