SIOR New England to meet servicemen at Pease Air Force Base
Portsmouth, NH The SIOR New England Chapter has agreed to join the Pease Greeters to celebrate the Home of the Brave as they support the U.S. troops on Wednesday, April 12 at 3:45 p.m. The day is dedicated to thanking service man that are flying into and out of Pease Air Force Base from tours of duty. It is considered a very powerful experience. It is considered a single day of unified action and the concept is considered a spirit of volunteerism that many SIORs and SIOR chapters embody. A number of SIOR Chapter leaders have already volunteered to attend the Pease Air Force event to thank the service men who place their lives on the line for our freedom. The SIOR New England Chapter has called this day the SIOR Service Day.
The event will be followed by a Chapter Bull and Beer event at the Portsmouth Gaslight.
