Skinner of The Stubblebine Company and Parsons of SVN Parsons Commercial Group broker $1.2 million sale
Marlborough, MA David Skinner of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Jake Parsons of SVN Parsons Commercial Group completed the sale of 301 Maple St., a 7,520 s/f industrial building situated on 1.27 acres for $1.2 million. The Stubblebine Co. represented the buyer, 59 Harding Street LLC, and SVN Parsons represented the seller, Terrill and Jacqueline Wright.
The buyer is also a principal of Lou’s Custom Exhaust, a manufacturer and installer of foreign and domestic exhaust systems on all makes and model cars and trucks.
