Atlantic Commercial completes 9,000 s/f sublease in Sharon, MA

1245 Providence Highway - Sharon, MA

Sharon, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC completed a sublease transaction with Colliers International totaling 9,000 s/f bringing Bay State Book Company to 1245 Providence Hwy.

Bryan Glennon of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC procured the tenant, while Sean Hannigan of Colliers International represented the sublandlord Charles River Apparel Inc.

The Bay State Book Company was founded by Larry O’Connor in 2017. What began as a fledgling side project has turned into a business that helps raise money for universities and libraries all over New England.
