Stow, MA David and James Stubblebine, principals, and Alan Ringuette, senior advisor, all of The Stubblebine Company, represented RT Real Estate LLC in the sale of 255 Hudson Rd. They also procured the buyer, Lowfield Realty Group.

For more than twenty years the 75,000 s/f facility, situated on 16 acres, has been the headquarters of CPI Radant, which specializes in the development of radomes for a wide range of both commercial and defense applications.

James Stubblebine said, “The transaction represented an excellent opportunity to purchase a quality, well located fully leased asset with long term cash-flow.” 

Lowfield Realty Group, a successful investment real estate company, will add the property to their portfolio.

Established in 1987, The Stubblebine Co. specializes in selling and leasing large industrial and flex properties and adaptive re-use sites in the Greater Boston area.
