Subber and Sciolla of Cresa Boston represent PHT Corp. in a 42,633 s/f office lease

Adam Subber and Joe Sciolla of Cresa Boston recently represented PHT Corp. in a 42,633 s/f office lease expansion and renewal at 500 Rutherford Ave. PHT, which was named in September 2012 to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., is expanding its headquarters to accommodate its rapid growth. The company recently completed its move-in and is occupying part of the first and third floors of the three-story, 300,000 s/f office building located in the 1.2 million s/f Hood Business Park. It formerly occupied 37,000 s/f in the building. The landlord, Hood Business Park LLC, was represented by Tim Bianchi and Deb Gould of Cushman & Wakefield.
