December 06, 2012 - Northern New England
Sullivan Construction Inc. provided preconstruction and subsequent construction services to design/build a 36,000 s/f, 3-story class A office building, known as Building 3. This is the first phase of an office park that is scheduled to receive approximately 200,000 s/f of class A office space once fully built out. Building 3 is a showpiece for the entire development, which overlooks Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and the surrounding region. The Building 3 exterior envelopes will be custom precast concrete panels, composite aluminum panels and aluminum framed insulated glass systems, carried through future phases of the development. Site elements include a lined retention pond, mortar rubble masonry retaining walls to blend with the impressive exposed ledge landscape and extensive plantings. The Basement level will be storage/warehousing, the 2nd level will be built out for owner occupancy by Highland Forwarding, Inc. and the 1stlevel will be shell space for future tenant occupancy. All cores on the 3 levels will be built out complete.
