Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, LLC celebrates 7 years in the real estate auction business

Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, LLC recently celebrated 7 years in the real estate auction business. In 2007, Marianne Sullivan, president of Sullivan & Sullivan, was well recognized with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate auction industry. Starting up Sullivan & Sullivan, she was making the leap to enter the real estate foreclosure arena where the competition was already distinctly established. Sullivan & Sullivan's conservative start up began with a few desks rented within a Boston real estate office. The company grew quickly, opening their own office on South St. in Boston. In the last quarter of 2011, Sullivan & Sullivan relocated to Cape Cod. Outgrowing their original Cape Cod office in just one year, Sullivan & Sullivan purchased a building on Rte. 6A where the operations center remains today. Sullivan & Sullivan has grown from conducting 30 to 40 auctions per month in Mass. to now scheduling more than 200 auctions a month in Mass., N.H. and R.I. This year Sullivan & Sullivan has added municipal tax lien foreclosure auction services to their repertoire. Sullivan & Sullivan's sales exceeded $25 million in 2013. Sullivan & Sullivan is a full service commercial auctioneering firm specializing in marketing and auctioning foreclosures, tax lien sales, secured party sales, and condo lien sales for residential, commercial, and industrial real estate properties. Clients include banks, mortgage companies, financial institutions, private lenders, condominium associations, attorneys, city or town government, state agencies, corporations, investors and individuals. "We treasure the relationships we have established. Our success stems from our clients' support, our growth flourishes from their loyalty," said Marianne Sullivan. "We maintain strong relationships with our clients by catering to their evolving, unique, and individual needs."
