Summit Realty Partners completes two deals at Highland Plaza, Easton

Easton MA Summit Realty Partners has completed two recent transactions at Highland Plaza. Starbucks has signed a lease for a brand new, freestanding 2,500 s/f building with drive-thru located on a pad site at 33 Robert Dr. In addition, Avalon Apartments purchased a 2.05 acre pad site located at 49 Robert Dr. 

Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty represented the landlord, MSCC Easton, LLC and Steve Menty of Atlantic Retail represented the tenant on the lease with Starbucks. Summit Realty represented the seller, Highlands Station LLC, an entity controlled by Phillips Edison & Company on the sale to Avalon Apartments.

Both pad sites are situated in close proximity to Target, a brand-new AvalonBay community, and Highland Plaza which is anchored by Big Y, TJ Maxx and other established retailers. 

The site features accessibility via the lighted intersection at Roberts Dr., which also serves as the only entrance to the Target, Highland Plaza and 228-unit AvalonBay community.
