Summit Realty Partners leases 2,700 s/f to Vitamin Shoppe

Concord, NH Summit Realty Partners completed a lease signing at 240 Loudon Rd. The 18,000 s/f retail strip center is 100% occupied.

Vitamin Shoppe has executed a lease for 2,700 s/f and plans to open its doors for business this fall at the retail strip.

The national vitamin and supplement retailer joins the center’s existing tenants: Jos. A. Bank, Starbucks, U.S. Cellular, and Sleepy’s. Nearby businesses include Sears, J.C. Penney, Bon-Ton, Best Buy, Target, Home Depot and many other businesses.
