Supercuts, a men's and women's hair salon, has leased 1,300 s/f of space at The Quonset Gateway.
"The Supercuts lease helps our continuing efforts to enhance the overall mix of tenants at Quonset Gateway," said James Kelleher, Chief Investment Officer, New Boston Fund.
This year has also marked the grand opening of a Lowe's and a Dave's Marketplace, the largest independent grocer in Rhode Island.
The 72.5-acre Gateway at Quonset operates as an attractive, all-encompassing entryway to the Quonset Business Park, which is creating jobs and serving as a dynamic regional hub of activity. The Gateway reflects New England style architecture. It is being funded by New Boston's Urban Strategy America (USA) Fund, an investment fund that executes on the promise of a triple bottom line, generating solid returns to investors, spurring economic development, and promoting environmental sustainability.
