Gerry Surprenant, SIOR, and a partner in MG Commercial, has completed the lease-up of Lincoln Corporate Center, a 60,000 s/f office park located at 24 Albion Rd.
The office park consists of four 15,000 s/f single story brick buildings. Paul Surabian of Douglas Construction Corp is the owner, developer and contractor for the property.
The office space was leased to eleven different tenants ranging in size from 3,000 s/f to 15,000 s/f and tenants include Bego International, One Communications, Toshiba, and Right Management.
The development occurred over four years, with essentially one 15,000 s/f building constructed and leased per year. Surprenant said that the last building was recently leased in total to QualityMetrics Inc., who will take occupancy in September.
