Surprenant of MG Commercial leases 2,880 s/f office building to Macari, Ltd.
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR, of MG Commercial has leased the 481 Kilvert St. office building to David Macari, Ltd.
This 2,880 s/f free standing office building was the former training center for the owner, The Beacon Mutual Insurance Co. and will be used for the Macari law firm.
Surprenant represented Beacon Mutual.
