Danbury, CT Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Holiday Inn Danbury-Bethel, a 112-room hospitality property. The asset sold for $8.27 million.

Jerry Swon, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Swon.

Holiday Inn Danbury-Bethel is located at 80 Newtown Rd. off the interchange of the Yankee Expressway and Highway 202. The hotel is situated in the town’s retail area housing major national brands including: Home Depot, Walmart, Aldi, Target, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Best Buy, AMC Theatres, several auto retailers and numerous dining options.
