Synergy buys 100 No. Washington St. from A. W. Perry, Inc. for $11.7 million

Synergy has purchased 100 North Washington St. from A.W. Perry, Inc. The 52,945 s/f class B office building was purchased for $11.7 million ($220 per s/f).
"100 North Washington St. is a welcome addition to our Boston portfolio. It will enable Synergy to continue implementing its core strategy of acquiring and adding value to downtown office buildings," said Noah Hano, vice president of acquisitions, Synergy.
100 North Washington St. is a six-story office building located at the corner of North Washington and Medford Sts. in the Bulfinch Triangle area of Boston's historic North End. The area is serviced by public transportation with many restaurants, hotels and retail amenities nearby.
The building is fully leased and occupied, including tenants such as the law firm of Ruberto, Israel and Weiner, Boston Sand and Gravel, GCom2 Solutions, Mass Service Alliance, and Jobson Medical Information. The property was built, expanded and upgraded in the mid-1980s, and the lobby has recently been renovated.
Synergy is a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm focused on investment and development opportunities in the New England region. The firm controls and manages a portfolio of over 700,000 s/f of office and retail properties in the Boston area.
