Greenwich, CT Newmark has arranged 23,248 s/f of office leases at 777 West Putnam Ave., bringing the Class A office property to 100% occupancy. Senior managing director Benjamin Goldstein serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property and represented ownership, Shelbourne, in negotiations. 

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.

Avon, CT Chozick Realty - CRXE Group have completed the $42 million sale of Avon Woods Apartments, a 189-unit apartment community. Located on 47 acres, Avon Woods is a desirable apartment complex in the greater Hartford region. Residents have a combination of privacy with grounds, woodlands, walking trails and frontage on the Farmington River as well as being well located at the junction of Rtes. 10 and 44 with access to all of the town and the surrounding communities throughout the Farmington Valley, West Hartford and Hartford.
