Burlington, MA East Boston Savings Bank (EBSB) has opened its 37th branch office in Burlington. The new branch is located at 50 Summit Dr. at the Middlesex Tpke. and Rte. 95/128 interchange. The 2,100 s/f office has been designed to take full advantage of the space.

Roxbury, MA MassHousing has closed on $45.7 million in financing to the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corp. (JPNDC) for the acquisition, preservation and renovation of a 201-unit scattered site affordable housing portfolio in Roxbury and Dorchester.

Portland, ME TD Bank’s Commercial Lending Group in Maine closed a $40 million direct bond purchase for the Maine State Housing Authority (MaineHousing). The proceeds of the bonds were used to refund prior bonds that had financed multi-family housing projects in the state.

Chicopee, MA Fantini & Gorga recently arranged $20.5 million in first mortgage construction financing, an 80,000 s/f to-be-built 95-room assisted living residence, located in the Chicopee Falls neighborhood of the city.  

Bridgeport, CT Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) has arranged a total of $3.48 million in refinancing for three multifamily properties, totaling 62 units. Robert Noeldechen of Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office, led the refinance. 

Boston, MA Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) completed $341 million in construction financing and joint venture equity for the development of The St. Regis Residences, a waterfront condominium tower located on one of the last remaining developable waterfront parcels in the Seaport. The HFF team worked as an exclusive advisor to the developer, Cronin Development, to secure $306.5 million in construction financing from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
