Boston, MA Columbia Property Trust, Inc. has completed six leases 50,000 s/f at 116 Huntington Ave., its 273,000 s/f boutique office building in the city’s Back Bay. The largest deal belongs to Karen Clark & Company, a software development firm that has called 116 Huntington home since 2017.

Boston, MA Avison Young brokered the sale of two adjoining office buildings totaling 34,300 s/f located at 33-41 West St. for $9.55 million. Avison Young principals Brandon Dickason and Jeff Gates represented the buyer, Embrace Boston. The seller was Kendall Capital.
