What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? Our team at the Quonset Development Corp. (QDC) set out to fill a gap in the commercial real estate market by creating what we call the Flex Industrial Campus at the Quonset Business Park.
What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? I’m drawn to commercial real estate because it blends visible, tangible impact with strategic problem-solving. I value how the work shapes communities – through offices, retail, or mixed-use – and requires balancing design, function, and financial goals.
What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? A saying I heard in college that has stuck with me through the years is “respect tradition but embrace innovation.”
What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? We completed a significant business integration project that incorporated Procore, Sage Intacct, and ADP into our company’s systems. It was complex since these systems touch every aspect of our business.
What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? In my previous role, I worked with DVM Housing Partners on the Saige on Fountain project, which was the most rewarding experience of my career.
What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? The highlight of my career has been stewarding the growth of Cummings’ Beverly portfolio from a burgeoning office park to a thriving collection of business and residential campuses. When I arrived in 2005, 369 firms occupied 69% of the 2.2 million s/f Cummings Center.
What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? Very early on in my career I represented a husband and wife, who were sued for misrepresentation and violations of a purchase and sale agreement concerning the sale of their home.
