What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of my impact as a thought leader at the intersection of AI and commercial real estate. By reimagining industry approaches with an innovative, human-centered focus, I help companies embrace AI’s potential for a more inclusive, efficient future.
What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? Early in my career, I struggled with the idea that a leader must know everything. I learned that while you don’t need to be an expert in all areas, being a resource to your team and clients is key.
Best book, podcast, or app for aspiring leaders: I am a firm believer that there is no single “best” source for aspiring leaders. Leaders should be open to consuming varying types and sides of content, and then drawing their conclusions from there.
What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? The biggest challenge over the last six years has been to respond to radical changes in the market due to the pandemic, the life science boom, and the uncertainty of the current economy.
Best book, podcast, or app for aspiring leaders: Reminiscences of a Stock Operator by Edwin Lefevre – It’s a classic book on risk management and experience. The book demonstrates how experience and being calm-collective can help you work through complex and crisis scenarios.
What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? One of my biggest challenges came during a period of growth when we had to scale quickly to meet new opportunities. We needed to maintain our company culture and ensure that new team members aligned with our core values. By strengthening our training programs, implementing internal assessments, and setting clear goals
