In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? Commercial real estate is constantly evolving. Market conditions dictate our industry and the past 12 months has been challenging to say the least. That said, the brokers who excel in these climates, pro-actively become creative and think outside the box.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? In November 2023, I launched MassCan Capital amidst a period when many developers were pausing new projects due to market conditions. Recognizing the severe statewide housing shortage and the unprecedented municipal support for housing production, I saw a unique opportunity for a new generation of developers to make a significant impact.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? In the past 12 months, my biggest accomplishment was overseeing two six-month Super Target remodels while keeping both stores open, finishing on time and on budget.

Balancing a growing family, with my youngest born last July, alongside a new job and managing multiple projects has been challenging yet rewarding. It demands careful time management, prioritization, and adaptability to new responsibilities at home and work.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? My role is all about building relationships and I’m very proud of what my customers have had to say about working with me. I had a testimonial read aloud by the CEO at the All-Employee Meeting and another customer sent a note

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of officially stepping into fatherhood. The birth of my daughter has truly been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I cherish the relationship that we have already and look forward to the relationship we will form over a lifetime. 

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I am proud to have completed the rigorous application process through the MA Board of Registration to be allowed to take the PLS exam. I look forward to taking the exam

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? It’s definitely a challenge, but I’ve found a few strategies that help me maintain a sense of balance. I prioritize self-care and make sure to set aside time for activities that recharge me, such as hobbies and spending time with loved ones.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I spearhead initiatives that impact client satisfaction, workplace efficiencies, and design quality. I’m fortunate to pursue various interests at TAT, working to create meaningful change, including beta-testing new technology.
