Take skills to the next level with help from the IREM Foundation

Sometimes reaching a professional developmental goal comes with obstacles – chief among them being financial. It’s for that very reason that IREM offers scholarship programs at the national level through the IREM Foundation.

Financial assistance is available to real estate managers working towards an IREM certification. Scholarships cover 75% of tuition for up to three IREM courses. All IREM members and/or Accredited Management Organization (AMO) employees committed to earning a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), or Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification are eligible to apply.

While I’m not sure of the number of individuals taking good advantage of this outstanding program over the years, I can point to the IREM Boston Chapter members who have received scholarships so far in 2023.
