Tecta America earns top spot on Top 100 Roofing Contractors list

Boston, MA Tecta America has earned the top spot on Roofing Contractor Magazine’s Top 100 Roofing Contractors list for the third straight year. While continuing to drive sales and build a nationwide backlog of work, Tecta follows a strategy to increase revenue: Acquiring successful roofing operations.

“Private equity has moved into the roofing space in a big way and is very active,” said CEO Dave Reginelli. “We have a proven and predictable acquisition model and process. So, we’re talking to a lot more people on the front end, but you know what gets through our funnel? It’s pretty much the same high-quality companies that we’re always interested in.”

This year, the RC team again collected 2023 annual sales revenue data submitted independently by roofing contractors from coast to coast, and there were a lot of success stories. This year’s top tier of roofing contractors had revenue between $1.4 billion and $258 million, accounting for roughly 16,000 roofing workers.

Since 2022, Tecta has ranked above their competitors and remain their clients’ top choice for roofing systems and services.
