The Dartmouth Company completes retail pre-leasing of Vita Jamaica Plain

Jamaica Plain, MA The Dartmouth Company has completed the pre-leasing of Vita Jamaica Plain prior to the fall debut. The luxury condos are 60% pre-sold.

Residents will enjoy a complimentary two-year membership to the 14,000 s/f onsite Planet Fitness. To add to the convenience of living at Vita, residents will also have access to an onsite ATM and full range of bank services provided by The Cooperative Bank. Additional onsite retailers include Pure Dental, a full-service specialty dental office; Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Third Cliff Bakery.

According to Mary Powers and Leslie Cotter of The Dartmouth Company, who handled the leasing for the ground floor retail, “The ability to pre-lease 100% of the retail space to a solid group of tenants was due in great part to the developer’s commitment to bringing a class A building to the neighborhood, the proximity to public transportation, and the increasing popularity of Jamaica Plain as a place to live, work, and play.”
